GOOD BYE

This year have come to an end, and its time for me to say good bye :(
I am making some changes for 2011, one of them is I will not be blogging any more :( I want to thank all my great fans for your support.

Here are my final words:

Sometimes we do not feel like we want to feel. Sometimes we do not achieve what we want to achieve. Sometimes things happen that do not make sense. Sometimes life leads us in direction that are beyond our control. It is at these times most of all that we need someone who will quietly understand us and be there to support us.
I want all of you to know that I am here for you in every way and remember that though things may be difficult now tomorrow is a new day.
Love what you do, do the best you can!

Happy New Year

This is my new year 2011 ;)

Your legendary tenacity and patience is truly about to pay off in spades this year Taurus. After a long and arduous 12 years, your luck is returning with a fabulous vengeance. Jupiter, the planet of large-scale fortune enters your sturdy stars this June for an extended stint taking you right into 2012 in excellent standing. Never has it felt so easy to let go of comfort zones and move into unknown territory with such confidence and gusto. Even the most cautious and conservative of bulls can easily see that the rewards far outweigh the risk this year. Push the envelope, raise the bar and go for the biggest stakes your loyal heart can fathom.

You're a florid channel of original ideas this spring when six planets line up in your unconscious sector of dreams and inspiration right around your birthday. Ready yourself for what becomes a turbo-charged imagination to keep you up at night with more genius schemes than there is time to humanly handle. Your brain will feel like a non-stop idea factory that refuses to rest, so you'll need extra time in nature or at the gym to remain relatively grounded.

Unexpected social encounters and fabulous new friendships flourish throughout the year with special highlights occurring in March and April when Mars powers up your friendship sector. May and June are stellar months for dating and mating with all around good times to be had in general compliments of Venus in Taurus. You've got your mind on your money and your money on your mind all summer with Venus and Mars emphasizing your financial sector. Make your money in June and July while the getting is good and save the leisure rewards for August when you can kick back guilt-free.
Any lingering clouds obscuring your professional vision will pass as Neptune leaves your career sector in 2011 in April. This is a momentous shift considering Neptune has worked to glamorize, spiritualize and at other times blur your professional aims since 1998. Neptune will retrograde back to unleash one last floodgate in August but the clarity gained over the spring and summer will support you through the imminent changes over the course of the year in preparation for more and more of your bigger dreams coming true between now and 2012. Your confidence in your talents and ability to make money is tip-top. Saturn remains in your work sector for another year continuing to deliver the teachings on what it means to value yourself and take yourself and your talents more seriously. No more settling for short shrift, Taurus.

A little bravado goes a long way in January and February with Mars firing up your career sector. Don't be afraid to push for what you really want. The squeaky Bull gets the promotion, so declare your intentions loudly and clearly while the opportunities are peaking. You have no problem working yourself to the bone to help others realize their vision, but now it's time to put that same effort into making your own dreams come true. Saying no to others is the first step towards finally saying yes to yourself. Your best moneymaking opportunities arrive just in time for your birthday. Working hard in June and July garners major pay-offs for a decadent vacation in August.

As 2011 kicks off, you continue to benefit from the long-term effects of Venus in Scorpio in your relationship sector (since September 2009). But by early January, Venus (your planetary ruler) moves on to your sector of transformation, bringing deep relationship issues home to roost. You'll have a chance to incorporate each and every powerful lesson from 2009 into the core of your being prepared for the next level of intimacy. Enough is enough, Taurus -- you're ready for the real McCoy when it comes to love. Haven't you settled enough, taking care of everyone else's needs without getting in touch with what it is to love and be loved in return?

By the time your birthday rolls around, Venus will have blissfully entered her home turf in Taurus, assuring that you'll feel at your beautiful best. This also bodes wonderfully for attracting love and connection in the best of all possible ways. Make the most of late April and early May (your strongest Venus period) to get your beauty rituals on. When you look good, you feel irresistible so it's no wonder you are suddenly a date magnet this spring. When Venus enters your romance and pleasure sector in August, you'll have no problem putting work on the back burner in favor of a little romantic raucous. In October, Venus enters your partnership sector to seal the deal on your summer flirtations. Commitment and compromise are absolutely necessary if true love is what you seek.

Losing Personality

Losing weight has never been an easy endeavor, as anyone who has ever tried knows.
Among the challenges: changing ingrained habits that led to the weight gain.
Everyone attributes his or hers success to different strategies and programs,
but all tend to agree that eating less and moving more are at heart of any successful effort.
Try to becoming more self-aware as you go about your day. Meditate :), write in a journal, or simply reflect on what is most important and satisfying to you.
Adopting a calm and thoughtful mind-set enables you to make more considered decisions and helps buffer you from external temptations such as commercials for food. Making this kind of psychological change might, in fact, be one of the most successful strategies not just for achieving short-term weight loss but also for staying slim and fit over the long haul.

DON'T EAT THIS

How did we all get so darn fat?

Well, the simple answer is that we eat more calories. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that American men eat 7 percent more calories than they did in 1971; American women eat a whopping 18 percent more—an additional 335 calories a day! But the harder question is this: Why do we eat so many more calories? Are we suddenly more gluttonous? Do we have some kind of collective death wish?

There’s an even crazier reason: It’s the food!

We’ve added extra calories to traditional foods, often in cheap, mass-produced vehicles like high fructose corn syrup. These new freak foods are designed not by chefs, but by lab technicians packing every morsel with maximum calories at minimum cost—with little or no regard to dietary impact.

HAMBURGERS:
The great American staple. Don’t worry, burgers really do come from cows—but have you ever wondered how those giant chains process and distribute so much meat so cheaply? And . . . are you sure you want to know?

PREMADE GUACAMOLE:
When you buy bean dip, you expect it to be made from beans. And when you buy guacamole, it seems reasonable to expect it to be made from avocados. But is it?

Most guacamoles with the word “dip” attached to the label suffer from a lack of real avocado. Take Dean’s Guacamole, for example. This guacamole dip is composed of less than 2 percent avocado; the rest of the green goo is a cluster of fillers and chemicals, including modified food starch, soybean oils, locust bean gum, and food coloring. Dean’s is not alone in this offense. In fact, this avocado caper was brought to light when a California woman filed a lawsuit against Kraft after she noticed “it just didn’t taste avocadoey

FRUIT ON THE BOTTOM YOGURT:
It seems like the ideal breakfast or snack for a man or woman on the go—a perfect combination of yogurt and antioxidant-packed fruits, pulled together in one convenient little cup. But are these low-calorie dairy aisle staples really so good for you?

While the yogurt itself offers stomach-soothing live cultures and a decent serving of protein, the sugar content of these seemingly healthy products is sky-high. The fruit itself is swimming in thick syrup—so much of it, in fact, that high-fructose corn syrup (and other such sweeteners) often shows up on the ingredients list well before the fruit itself. And these low-quality refined carbohydrates are the last thing you want for breakfast

Fight Cancer

Broccoli
All cruciferous veggies (think cauliflower, cabbage, kale) contain cancer-fighting properties, but broccoli is the only one with a sizable amount of sulforaphane, a particularly potent compound that boosts the body's protective enzymes and flushes out cancer-causing chemicalsBerries

Berries:
All berries are packed with cancer-fighting phytonutrients. But black raspberries, in particular, contain very high concentrations of phytochemicals called anthocyanins, which slow down the growth of premalignant cells and keep new blood vessels from forming (and potentially feeding a cancerous tumor

Tomatoes;
This juicy fruit is the best dietary source of lycopene, a carotenoid that gives tomatoes their red hue, lycopene was found to stop endometrial cancer cell growth .

Garlic;
Phytochemicals in garlic have been found to halt the formation of nitrosamines, carcinogens formed in the stomach (and in the intestines, in certain conditions) when you consume nitrates, a common food preservative,

Beans:
black and navy beans significantly reduced colon cancer incidence in rats, in part because a diet rich in the legumes increased levels of the fatty acid butyrate, which in high concentrations has protective effects against cancer growth.

The Fighter

Before Mark Wahlberg modeled underwear, before he became a rapper (Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch), an actor (“Boogie Nights,” “The Departed”) and a producer (“Entourage,” “Boardwalk Empire”), he grew up a boxing fan in Massachusetts. And one of his favorite fighters was Micky Ward. In his new movie, “The Fighter,” Wahlberg portrays Ward, a junior welterweight champion. The film opens Friday in New York, Boston and Los Angeles, and Dec. 17 nationwide. Wahlberg, 39, trained on and off for more than four years, and all the punches in his fight scenes are real.

A must see ;) great movie.

Loving 2011

Admit that you don't know what you're doing when it comes to making an intimate relationship work in the cultural and economic volatility of the 21 st century.

Making such an honest admission will free you from the burden of defending your ego when your tacit assumptions about how relationships should work inevitably lead you astray in the rapidly changing cultural context of intimate unions. More important, it allows you to embrace the natural feelings of inadequacy that motivate learning.

In intimate relationships, they seem to tell us that we're unlovable or that the way we love isn't good enough. Rather than stimuli to learn, they become definitions of the self-if you feel inadequate, you are inadequate. We develop desperate ways to circumvent feelings of inadequacy-mostly by blaming them on our partners.

To make them work, we must tolerate feeling deficient long enough for the discomfort to stimulate behavior to improve, appreciate, connect, or protect.
Everyone has to learn how to sustain love for his or her specific partner, not an ideal or a book version of how people should react.
The most loving thing you can say to your partner is " Show me how to love you"

Prepare a strategy for conflict to let your partner know when you feel inadequate. Acknowledging feelings of inadequacy mitigates the unproductive urge to be defensive, while giving your partner a chance to do the same.

If you let feelings of inadequacy do their job, they will remind you that your caring for each other is more significant than your momentary disagreement.
More important, they will open you to learning how to love each other.

Today's Wisdom:

"Conflict in close relationships is not only inevitable, it's essential. Intimacy connects people who are inevitably different-as the saying goes, if two people agree about everything, one of them is superfluous. Conflict is the mechanism by which we set boundaries around these differences, so that each party feels safe with the other"

Sensible eating

You eat more than you intended. You think, "well I've already blown it so I may as well eat some more" You will get back on your diet tomorrow. You promise yourself that the New Year will be different, and it is for a few weeks. And so it continues year after year after year.

So how can this season be different?

Recognize that the holidays are time when most people overeat. If you overeat just wait until you are physically hungry before you eat again. You will be surprised how stable your weight will remain just by eating intuitively.

There is scientific evidence that sugar affects some of us differently. You may have dessert, and then you crave more food and eat uncontrollably. It is important to know how different foods react with your own body, mind and emotions.

During the holidays many of us compare our insides to other people's outsides. They have the perfect life, with the perfect family, celebrating their perfect holiday. If you focus on what you are lacking, negative thinking can lead to using food to feel better.

Keep a positive attitude and invest time making authentic connections with loved ones. This is much more important than obsessing about food, weight, diet or how you look on the outside. The results will be that you will enjoy the holiday season and not gain weight ;)

Sexual Fireworks

For many of us, the desire to recapture that early-stage passion in a long-term
relationship can lead to disappointment and stalemate. It's all too easy to start believing that there is only one kind of good sex. And if that's no longer happening then the relationship, or the choice of partner, must be wrong for us. And even if we do manage to reach sexual nirvana some of the time, this can soon be followed by the sense of feeling weirdly depleted afterwards. The solution then, might be to opt for "warm sex" softer, nurturing physical intimacy leading to slow, gentle intercourse where orgasm happens only occasionally.
One reason we might shy away from this type of sex is that human sexuality is battling with two conflicting drives- on the one hand there are sexual fireworks and the reproductive urge, and at odds with this is what's known as the bonding programme. It's this softer type of bonding that can soothe our "mating" hunger without causing us to exhaust our sexual attraction for each other.

You have to take chances to make your dreams happen.
Remember that there is plenty of time to travel another road- and still another-

Take the time to find the route that is right for you. Remember being alone doesn't
always mean being lonely; it can be a beautiful experience of finding your creativity, your heartfelt feelings and the calm and quiet peace deep inside you.

Mindfulness

In reality, study after study has shown that practicing mindful thinking rather than habit and routine has a proven positive effect on brain function, ultimately lowering stress responses and increasing feelings of relaxation and well-being.

Mindfulness is defined as a mental state characterized by focused awareness of your activities, routines, beliefs, thoughts, emotions and motivations. In other words,
Think about what you are doing when you are doing it.

What is called right mindfulness involves bringing your awareness into the present moment. Living in the present moment can allow one to see both the inner and outer aspects of reality.

As you incorporate mindfulness more fully into your life, you discover that happiness is not achieved or brought about by changing your external circumstances, but by releasing your attachment to fixed ideas, thoughts, predispositions and something we like to refer to as a script.

Even when we want to "change" our lives or aspects of our life, it is hard.
We have to deal with fear of change or, sometimes even worse, fear of success.
We frequently practice self-sabotage. Here are five steps to help you break through these barriers and incorporate mindful thinking into your life:

* Think about what is right and good about you.
* Love yourself.
* Live in the moment.
* When things get rough don't take it personal.
* Lastly, put the "being" back in human.

Remember, mindfully observing your inner reality and outer circumstances will help you find the happiness that sometimes seems just out of reach.

Squashes

With their tough exteriors and strange shapes, they may not be the most appealing-looking vegetable at the supermarket. But their colors tell the true story: with varied hues of oranges, each one packs in an impressive load of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, making squash a powerful food in a healthy fat burning diet.
Providing 6 grams of fiber and with a 90% "volumetric" food ( it gets you full on fewer calories) which is an important factor in promoting fat loss.
Here is a very good soup!
Ready in 45 min, Makes 4 servings :)
2 tsp canola oil
3 leeks, rinsed chopped and trimmed
2 small red bell peppers, chopped
3 cloves garlic minced
1 1/2 tsp cumin
2 tsp dried rosemary
1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 1'cubes
1lb Turkey breast cutlets cut into bite-sized strips
Juice from 1 lime
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

Enjoy :)

So this is Christmas!

This is one of my favorite songs for Christmas by Celine Dion:

So this is Christmas and what have we done?
Another year over, a new one just begun.
And so this is Christmas. I hope you have fun. The near and dear ones,
the old and the young.
A very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Let's hope it's a good one, without any fear.
And so this is Christmas for weak and for the strong.
The rich and the poor ones, the war is so long.
And so happy Christmas for black and for the white,
for the yellow and the red ones, let's stop all the fights.
A very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year for all of you.
I know this is a very sad time for all the lonely people,
but I send all of you hope and love.
Always remember that you all are very special in your own way.
And there is always somebody that loves you very much!!!!

Pretty Ugly

The Cover up behind the beauty business!

As consumers tighten their pocketbooks, the beauty industry must invent ever more clever ways to market their goods while keeping an eye on their bottom line. One way they accomplish this is by using cheaper ingredients wrapped in posh packaging.
Let's face it, for many consumers, if it looks pretty and smells good, they buy it.

2007 when media sources shocked the public with headlines of lead-laden lipstick.
Food and drug administration neither tests nor determines the safety level of cosmetics and still does not consider the toxic metal to be a safety concern.

Some 884 chemical that are known toxins are commonly used in hair care products, deodorants, lotions, perfumes and makeup. The cosmetic industry says only minute amounts of harmful chemicals are found in beauty products, making them safe for consumer use; meanwhile, we are only beginning to gather research about the ill effects of using these products multiple times per day!

Corebar

Det norska konseptet corebar lanseras i USA!
Har ar lite info:

What is a Corebar?
A Corebar is a weighted fitness bar with a bend at both ends in order to alleviate any possible pain in your neck and shoulders while you exercise.

It comes in three different sizes:
Light weight, 2.2lbs, is best suited for beginners.
Medium weight, 4.4lbs, can be used by those already in training, or for beginners who are ready to progress
Heavy weight, 6.6lbs, is best suited for intermediate or advanced exercisers.

Why is this method so effective?
This method is a combination of aerobic, strength and balance training. Your core is activated at all times. Your core is made up of the muscles in your back, abdominal and pelvis.

Why is it important to work your core?
Your core is your midsection or your center. A strong core keeps your body upright and gives you good posture and balance. Good posture can alleviate pain in your neck and shoulders.

A strong abdominal section can minimize or totally get rid of back pain. So Corebar training will not only give you flatter and more attractive abs, it will increase your quality of life.

God Bless You

Edward,

There are so many things to do each day. There is so much going on in the world of great concern that often we do not stop and think about what is really
important to us. You are such a wonder. You're the only one in the universe exactly like you! Take care of that rare and remarkable soul. Know that there is someone who will thank you for doing the things you do now with foresight and wisdom and respect.
I hope that you always keep your wonderful attitude that whatever happens in your life happens for the best. Once in a while everyone needs to know that they are wanted and that they are important and most important that they are loved.
I would like to be the one to reassure you that!

Today's Wisdom:

Significance

I want to be very significant in the eyes of other people. In the truest sense of the word I want to be recognized. I want to be heard. I want to stand out. I want to be known. In particular, I want to be known and appreciated for the unique strengths I bring. I feel a need to be admired as credible, professional, and successful. I want to associate with others who are credible, professional, and successful. And if they aren't I will push them to achieve until they are. Or I will move on!
I am an independent spirit, I want my work to be a way of life rather than a job, and in that work I want to be given free rein, the leeway to do things my way.
My life is filled with goals, achievements, or qualification that I crave.
Whatever my focus- and each person is distinct- my significance theme will keep pulling me upward, away from the mediocre toward the exceptional.
It is the theme that keeps me reaching!

Today's Wisdom:

"We have so little tolerance for uncomfortable feelings. I'm not even talking about unpleasant outer circumstances, but that feeling in your stomach of I don't want this to be happening. It was so good, must see, my kids loved it!
After a long day of riding the horses, it was a nice way of ending the day :)

When the kingdom's most wanted -- and most charming -- bandit Flynn Rider hides out in a mysterious tower, he's taken hostage by Rapunzel, a beautiful and feisty tower-bound teen with 70 feet of magical, golden hair. Flynn's curious captor, who's looking for her ticket out of the tower where she's been locked away for years, strikes a deal with the handsome thief and the unlikely duo sets off on an action-packed escapade, complete with a super-cop horse, an over-protective chameleon and a gruff gang of pub thugs.

Kronofogden tar Skippers tillgångar
Publicerad 2010-12-10

I am so sorry to read what have happened to you :(
The next chapter of your life.... what's it going to be like?
It isn't always easy to experience changes, but there's no better advice than this:
Just do your best, take things day by day, and have faith that things are going to be all right. Over the course of time, answers will come, decisions will prove to be the right ones, and the path will be easier to see. So have hope. Be optimistic!
Remember that beyond any clouds, the sun is still shining. Meet each challenge and give it all you've got. Count your blessings.
Believe in happy endings...... because you are the author of the story of your life!

Schadenfreude

You have heard that MISERY loves company. Enjoying others misery does, too.
There is no English translation for the German word SCHADENFREUDE- that small, private rush of glee in response to someone else's misfortune. But everyone recognizes the emotion, even if he or she might not have a word for it (or admit to feeling it). Tabloids have long relied on people's fascination with public failures: moralizing politicians or entitled actresses disgraced for their peccadilloes. And in recent years schadenfreude has become a prime-time staple, with models, boyfriends, parents, overweight people and recovering addicts, among others, routinely humiliated on cable television.
Scientists who study schadenfreude are learning that this secret happiness at another person's loss has biological underpinnings. The felling registers in the brain as a distinct form of pleasure, a satisfaction comparable to that of eating a good meal.

Commitment phobics

The average age of marriage for men in the late fifties was twenty-three, and according to popular wisdom, By the 1950-60 psychiatry had developed a massive weight of theory establishing that marriage- and within that, the breadwinner role-was the only normal state for the adult male. Outside lay only a range of diagnoses, all unflattering. Our prehistoric man allowed himself to be drawn, and doused the fire burning in his soul. Society said he had to get married. Once married, the commitment phobic was genuinely stuck, since divorce was neither accessible nor acceptable. If the urge to flee became too strong, which it often did, he was left with little choice but to do so within the confines of his marriage. Some men find alcohol, others immersed themselves in their work. Those who could get away with it would have affairs.

I want to know, when men enter a relationship, do they have a hidden agenda?
Do the purposely manipulate? Do they know they are frightened of permanent commitment? Does the fear make them anticipate and provoke the dissolution of relationship by finding excuses as to why it couldn't continue?
Why would a man go so far as to propose if he wasn't sincere?

If a mans fear is strong enough, this man will ultimately sabotage, destroy, or run away from a solid, good relationship.

Commitment phobics:

These men try to negotiate an ending, but they are rarely sure how to do it.
Whenever possible, they will find a way to blame the women or make them responsible. The men may also vacillate. Why? Because their decision to leave relieves some of their anxiety. The men provokes you into ending it by staring a huge argument or engaging in particularly outrageous behavior. As long as the relationship is troubled, he knows he has an excuse for leaving, and there is no threat of entrapment. The commitment phobic response also explains why so many of these men can be so warm and loving one moment and so abusive the next.

When a relationship fails, well-intentioned women find it all too easy to accept the blame and responsibility. However, when the man is a commitment phobic you must remember that his problem is not your problem. His relationship fails because of his internal turmoil-not because you are a bad partner. Some of these men are so good at destroying relationships that they are like hardened professionals.
Don't take the rap and send yourself to jail for his crime!

Younger Next Year

Hi, I have a great book I would like to share with all the women:
Please read it, you will love it :)

My day was wonderful, had a great session working out,
I got 2 nightstands delivered for my bedroom, oh so pretty, Thank you Mr Secret :)
Catching up on all my e-mail, sorry all of you that are withing for my answers, I am getting there slowly :(

From Publishers Weekly

Crowley and Lodge rework their bestselling Younger Next Year (which targeted men) to address health and aging concerns for women. Former attorney Crowley's chatty voice alternates with internist-gerontologist Lodge's straightforward medical perspective. The authors promise that major lifestyle changes, including a six-days-a-week exercise regime, and a positive view of aging will make the "next third" of life—the stage after menopause—the most fulfilling. Because women live longer, are highly motivated for change and fear aging less than men do, the authors contend, they will reap great benefits from the program. Crowley and Lodge put their own spin on commonsense health essentials, with Lodge adding information on the latest anti aging breakthroughs. A variety of activities (biking, skiing, sailing, yoga) will likely make the intensive exercise plan more enjoyable. Although there is little new material, women may find the 71-year-old Crowley's cheer leading appealing—the old buddy tone of the previous edition is exchanged for that of a male "girlfriend"—and a great motivator not only for making lifestyle changes but for equating health with how one feels, not how one looks. FACEBOOK

If you don't spend your days glued to tech blogs, you might not know about the latest trend among hipster techies: quiting Facebook. These folks, including a bunch of Google engineers, are bailing out because Facebook just changed its rules so that much of your personal profile information including where you work, what music you like, and where you went to school, now gets made public by default. Some info is even shared with companies that are special partners of Facebook, like Yelp, Pandora and Microsoft.
The fear is that people are being lured into Facebook with the promise of a fun, free service, and don't realize that they're paying for it by giving up loads of personal information. Facebook then attempts to "monetize" one's data by selling it to advertisers that want to send targeted messages. Most folks using Facebook have no idea this is happening. Even if you're very tech-savvy and do know what the company is up to, you still have no idea what you're paying for Facebook, because people don't really know what their personal data is worth.
Early on, you could keep everything private. That was the great thing about Facebook-you could create your own little private network. Last year the company changed its privacy rules so that a lot of things- your city, your profile photo, the names of your friends- were set, by default to be shared with everyone on the Internet.
Facebook is a handy site, but I'm freaked by the idea that my information is in the hands of people I don't trust. That is too high a price to pay!
