What I night!!!! Memory for life!

I was so touched by all the children wanting pictures and autograph ;)
all the votes all the kind words, I will keep it close to my heart forever!

Today I spent the day with my dear friend Madeleine, we go back so far.
I wish she could stay longer :(
I am so bleesed with my dear friends and family. Thank you for taking the

The Day Before

Idag fick jag mitt varsta komplex, nar dom erbjod mig pa skonhets salongen att jag skulle gora Restylane Vital. Jag fraga vad det var och fick reda pa att det var en spruta som fordela Restylane pa insidan av kinden for att fylla upp ansiktet och slata ut rynkorna. 20 min behandling skulle kosta ca 10.000 Norska, bra timpeng :)

Min maid of honor Madeleine kom fran Sverige for att ge mig stod for
morgondagens dans.
Hon blev den perfekta coachen, visste inte att hon har talang for TANGO.
Riktigt imponerad, hon fick ett heltids jobb tills jag aker ut ur showen!

Det heta till i danstraningen idag, och Glenn Jorgen blev generad!!!
Han ar riktigt orolig for vad jag ska hitta pa infor morgon dagen show.
Den som tittar far se!! jag kanner mig riktigt busig och kanner att jag maste gora nagot extra for TV tittarna.
Tank om han inte dyker upp imorgon......

Went to TV2 for my showing of my Tango for Saturday.
This one I am really looking forward doing!

Went with GJ to a great salads place.
On our way back I saved him from getting a ticket :)

Hej

Det har varit ratt mycket pa sista tiden :) sa forlat om jag inte
hinner att uppdatera er pa allt. Sag ni mig pa Ikveld med Ylvis?
vad tyckte ni?

Jag har gjort mycket press pa sista tiden och alla har varit valdigt
snalla mot mig ;) men det ar en sak som jag vill att ni alla ska veta.
Jag ar har i Norge for att gora "Skal vi Danse" och jag ar sa tacksam
att jag far vara har i ert underbara land alla ar sa vanliga
och tar bra hand om mig. Jag ar inte har for att ni ska tycka synd om mig
pga av min barndom, det har borjat bli lite val mycke fokusering pa det :(
Aven om jag hade en dalig start i mitt liv sa gick jag vidare.
Alla har vi motgangar i livet och det ar bara att kampa igenom
och tro pa sig sjalv.

Pa lordag ska det bli Tango och jag hoppas att ni rostar pa mig :)
jag ska aven bli NORSK jattekul hoppas att ni gillar det.

Den svenske Hollywood-fruen Anna Anka derimot, sjarmerte publikum nok til en ny runde av «Skal vi danse». Men selv var hun lite fornøyd med lørdagens dans.

- «Paso» er ikke min greie. Det er alt for mannlig, maskulint og aggresivt. Det er ikke hvem jeg er. Jeg er «classy» og skal gjøre det vakkert. Det er det jeg fremhever, og det er derfor jeg gjorde valsen så himla fint. Da så man hvem Anna Anka er. Dette er overhodet ikke hvem jeg er, så det føltes ikke bra å gjøre den, sier Anna til Seher.no.

Anna Anka hadde med seg store deler av familen sin i salen lørdag kveld. Og i motsetning til kjendisdanseren selv, mente de at Anna gjorde en god jobb under direktesendingen.

- Hun er kjempeflink. Alltid. Hva hun enn gjør, så gjør hun det bra, sier Annas fostermor Eva Gustafson til Seher.no.

Også Annas foster-mormor og morfar, Karin og Krister, var til stede i Nydalen for å heie på sitt profilerte barnebarn lørdag kveld.

- Hun var kjempebra, men hun var bedre i valsen i forrige uke. Hun kommer tilbake i tangoen neste uke. Absolutt, sier foster-mormor Karin til Seher.no.

Og for Anna betyr det mye å ha sin svenske familie på plass i salen.

- Det er bra for da har man støtte og en heiagjeng, så det føles fantastisk, sier Hollywood-fruen til Seher.no.

Anna Anka har tidligere takket nei til svenske «Let's dance», og valgte heller en deltagelse i den norske versjonen av showet. Dét bryr ikke Annas famile noe seg særlig om.

- Det spiller ingen rolle. Det er Anna som bestemmer. Hun trives bedre her enn i Sverige, sier foster-mormor Karin til Seher.no.

When it comes to my Paso Doble tomorrow Saturday I'd rather
attempt to do something great and fail, than to attempt to
do nothing and succeed. Tomorrow somebody will be voted off
the show :( that is the sad part of this journey!

My day was great started with a great breakfast.
VG came to my room and did interview about my make-up etc.
Filmed Local TV Show my expectations for tomorrow. Pressure
Danced for 3 hours, fixed my nails :)
Did my workout just needed to let go of so many different feelings.
Spoke to my dear friends, giving me support for tomorrow.
It feels worse than last weekend, help :( :(

A friend is one of the best things in life!
Though we don't see each other as often as I would like.
I know that at anytime I could call and everything would
be exactly the same.
My friendship doesn't depend on being together it is deeper
than that! It is such a comfortable and warm feeling to know that I
have such a lifetime friendship.

Today I danced my Paso lots of acting.
Tried on my new outfit for Saturday so much fun :)

Was with my girlfriend Ann all day, she was with me during my interview
for a TV Show that I will be doing on Monday.
We had dinner together in my room and catched up on our time.
She is such a great friend!

We started early to dance, mentally overwhelming with a new style.

First I would like to say THANK YOU everybody for your support last night!
I am happy that I made you all proud. I worked very hard to get my Waltz
done as good as I could. Only one thing that was missing, I wish my children
could see their mom being Cinderella for the night :( I miss them so :(
Thank you everybody for all the kind messsages I got last night,
and all day today, you are so sweet
I can't say thank you enough :)

Dancing Like Lovers

There was nothing that could stop the Swedish Hollywood
lady on the dance floor.

It is not easy to be a participant in "Shall We Dance".
For the Swedish Hollywood wife Anna Anka (40),
it was extra painful to dance the English waltz tonight.
She has in fact sustained a crack in one rib,

Dagen borja med Live Radio P3 P4 P5, sa kul, hade det riktigt kul :)

Stressa vidare for att ata en snabb rakmacka innan min intervjue med VG
samtidigt som jag hade mina naglar fixade pa Tone Lise Salongen infor
stora Premiaren av "Skal vi Danse"
Naglarna blev sa fina sa, glom inte att ta en extra titt pa dom imorgon.

Sedan blev jag vilse i Oslo, sprang runder i flip flops for att hitta
tillbaka till hotelet for att byta till tranings klader och ivag till
sista traningen i dans fabriken.

Nu ska jag och min alskade van springa ivag, och ta mina tankar fran
allt som har med vals att gora, genom att se filmen "Colombiana"
Glom inte att rosta pa mig imorgon 19.00 pa Tv2.

Today my dearest friend Lynn came to Oslo, to give me support
for my big day Saturday.
We went to Dinner just love their food ;)catch up on all the gossip!

I have always wondered why some couples go for dinner when they don't
have anything to say to each other????
Tonight the couples next to us almost sat in my lap trying to listen
to our conversation. That is heartbreaking for me :(
What a borring life they must have!

God kveld Norge

Borja dagen med dans traning, lite sen :( pga regn) jag forstar inte hur man kan
vanja sig vid regn efter regn? saknar min CA sun.
Kan inte fatta att det bara ar 3 dagar kvar tills Premiaren Skal Vi Danse.
Kanner mig helt stressad, det har gatt sa fort. Nu finns det ingen atervand.
Vart tog tiden vagen????

Stressa vidare till Redcord for Internet and TV case, that will be showing
sep 17. We had som much fun. This is a must see! Pictures will be shown later.

Kom tillbaka till hotelet, gick ner till gymet sprang Intervaler
45 min och vikter, jag bara kande att jag var tvungen att latta pa trycket infor lordagen som byggts upp.

Avsluta min dag med en Steak, Broccoli och Salad och Salta Popcorn det gillar jag inte. Har inte hittat nagra i Oslo som inte ar saltade??

This was my day today:

9-1pm Dance

1-2pm Lunch (hard to find something good everything is closed on Sundays)

2-5pm Dance. Last hour my partner had to carry me around most of the time.
I could not stop laughing totally jelly!

My poor feet, total abuse.

Had my dinner Chicken Leg with Green Beans and Salad.
And guess what I tried the Freia chocolate, it has been looking at me
for 4 weeks with it's sad eyes.

Day Off

Started my day doing interview LIVE for NRK Radio.
Everybody was so nice :)

No dance for me today :( my partner left for Bergen to work.
I don't like that at all! Now I will have to make him dance
8 hours tomorrow instead!

Went to the gym for my own workout.
Ran intervals for 45 min, it feelt so good.
Did Legs, Butt, Back & Chest and finished with core.

Did all my paperwork, trying to catch up from the past week.
Wrote letters to my children.

For dinner I had:
Seabass with Asparagus and my salad with cucumber tomatoes and redonions.

Paradox

What a day today, woke up early to dance :) my waltz is going great :)
GJ is doing a great jobb teaching me! Helen loved today's dance ;)

Rushed back to the hotel to change, ran to TV2 for filming.
Today they really tested my skills singing and acting, can't say
more then that, it will be a surprise!

Went to my foodstore "Meny" got my nic nacs.

Life here on earth is full of paradox. We are all endlessly
rising to impossible challanges, spending much of our time trying
to see some logic in all the nonsense. This is a crazy place,
and the maddest people of all are the ones who think they are sane.
They are often the ones who come up with ridiculous rules
we all must abide by. Do what you know will work,
and don't worry about why it works.
